Bill is a safety specialist. He was regular contributor to “Safety Mind” He created a draft of the ALPA –Delta ASAP agreement. William is a member of NASA ASRS Advisory Group.
Bill oversaw Grievance procedures when governing disputes under RLA between company and union pilots. He also defended Delta pilots against FAA violations(certificate Actions) He worked the Delta FOQA program which allows air carriers in flight real time monitoring of aircraft parameters. FOQA monitoring provides monitoring while also providing privacy and immunity from certification actions. Bill has sacrificed time and effort providing tireless work trying to protect Pilot Pensions after the Delta Bankruptcy.
