Barry graduated USAFA in 1963. This was the first class to graduate at new Academy located at Colorado Springs. Barry achieved many deans awards. He resigned from USAF in 1970 to attend Columbia Law School. He has spent his legal career litigating aviation accident cases as well as other high technology cases. He has been active in General Aviation and Airline Cases. He has appeared in numerous cases in trials involving the United States both for and against the United States , prevailing on every occasion.
